Delivery Policy
We ensure that your product is delivered through the fastest courier services. We usually make the use of DHL and FedEx to deliver your products. We try our best to deliver your products ASAP so that you can wear your favorite jacket whenever you want to. We want you to read our delivery policy to avoid any kind of misunderstanding:
- Please note that delivery usually takes 3 working days
- Customizejackets.com will notify its customers in the case of any delay in the delivery process. Usually the backed orders items are delivered within 3 to 4 days of shipment. In case of the prolong delay the company will notify the customer about the availability of the item once it would be available.
- We won’t be responsible for any kind of delays caused by the customer like late ordering and the carrier time.
- We reserve the right to select the parcel carrier of our own choice. Any kind of the claim related to the product damage should be made within the 7 days of the product delivery.
- You are not needed to pay any kind of custom duty or import duty as we already have taken care of that.
Please note that:
- When someone is present at the delivery time for signing the order then the tracking system will consider this as signed.
- When there is no one available for signing at the delivery address then we will let you know how to collect your order.
- If shipment is returned due to the absence of the customer then the order will return to the company. For reshipment, the customer would need to make the payment of US$ XXX.
- Cutomize jackets provide the local and international shipping by using different courier services like DHL, FedEx, USPS etc. We use these services to ensure that our products will be reaching you safely. After shipping we will share the tracking ID so that you can easily get updates about your order. These details will be provided via email.
- Products are supplied from the vendor countries and it also depends on the availability of the products in different locations.
- We include the shipping details with every order, you just need to place your order and fill correct information. Once the order is placed and accepted then most of the orders are shipped within 5-7 working days.
- For the delivery purpose all orders need a physical address and the existing telephone number.
- We usually don’t accept the P.O. Boxes APO/FPO Address, if such orders are accepted then extra charges will be needed. Also in such condition, full postal address along the phone numbers is needed.
- As soon as we receive confirmation of the orders, we start the manufacturing process; in such conditions, alteration in designs or changes in the orders cannot be done.
- We expect our customers to provide us sufficient time for tracking the orders in case of replacement or missing orders.
- Change in address, any mistake in address provided are the responsibilities of the customer, for reshipment the customer would need to pay for the reshipment.
- You will receive a product confirmation code from our side once we have received the payment. If you don’t get any email within 24 hours (after the payment) then you can contact us via email.
- Shipment from the vendor country to another country is free, however in the case of any other charges according to the destination country, you need to pay as we do not have any control over such charges.
